Squeezy 100% Pure Amino Powder helps with regeneration after sporting challenges and thus ensures training success by supplying the body with highly usable, essential amino acids and optimizing regeneration. Consumption recommendation
Recommended intake SQUEEZY 100% PURE AMINO
The product is designed for use BEFORE, and AFTER sports. You can see this on the label of our products by the BDA infographic.
The individual need of amino acids is different for each athlete and depends strongly on the muscular strain.
Take 5 g with sufficient liquid approx. 1 hour before exercise to increase the amino acid level in the blood. For a better and faster recovery, you can also take the amino acids directly after sport, and buffering with 5 g the evening before competitions can also have a beneficial effect.
In case of particularly high loads, the daily amount can be increased up to 10 g.
Dosage: Dissolve 1-5 scoops of powder (1 g) in a drink.
Recommended dosage per day: 5-10 grams per day
Maximum 10 grams per day. The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product should be stored out of the reach of small children.
