The individual need of amino acids is different for each athlete and depends strongly on the muscular strain.
Nimm 5 g mit ausreichend Flüssigkeit ca. 1 Stunde vor dem Sport ein, um den Aminosäurespiegel im Blut zu erhöhen. Für eine bessere und schnellere Erholung kannst Du die Aminosäuren auch direkt nach dem Sport einnehmen.Vor Wettkämpfen kann auch ein Buffering am Vorabend mit 5 g zusätzlich einen vorteilhaften Effekt haben.
In case of particularly high loads, the daily amount can be increased up to 10 g.
Dosage: Dissolve 1-5 scoops of powder (1 g) in a drink.
Recommended dosage per day: 5-10 grams per day
