ENERGY GEL DISPENSER & REFILLER CONCEPT
The combination of refiller (500ml) and dispenser (125ml / 150ml) is the inexpensive and more environmentally friendly alternative to gel sachets and guarantees gel consumption without sticky fingers. With the large refiller, the dispensers can be refilled with hot water as often as you like.
Our tip: Order one or two dispensers and only use energy gel and/or liquid energy refillers in future.

Energy refillers and PET dispensers at a glance
The gel in refillers and PET dispensers is 100% identical to the gel in the sachets.

Our dispensers
Both dispensers offer a secure closure and can be used without spills or drips.
- the classic PET dispenser (recyclable) comes filled with 125ml Energy Gel. This corresponds to the content of almost 4 sachets. The PET dispenser for gel can be refilled at any time using the refiller.
- The new Softflask dispenser (TPU, BPA-free) has a capacity of 150 ml and is unfilled. Thanks to the two valve caps supplied, it can be used for both gel and liquid. When removed, it contracts and reduces its volume. The scale printed on the back serves as a dosing and filling aid.
Sustainability: The dispensers are not one-way products, but are designed for reuse. Please rinse with hot water (no more than 50 degrees Celsius). Remaining quantities can still be used after 2 days if stored in the refrigerator. For refilling we recommend the Squeezy Energy Gel Refiller (500ml).

Individual need
The individual need for energy is different for each athlete and depends on many factors.
- physical requirements (age, weight, height, gender)
- Condition of the route (altitude profile and surface)
- Sport
- individual performance and intensity (GA1 / GA2)
GA1 = Basic endurance 1:
Training is completed at a heart rate of approx. 60 to 70% of the max. heart rate.
GA2 = Basic endurance 2:
Training/competition is completed at a heart rate of approx. 70 to 80% of the max. heart rate.
ENERGY GEL
We recommend consuming approx. 60 - 90 ml of gel per hour of exercise. This corresponds to approx. 43 - 65 grams of carbohydrates. The consumption of approx. 30 ml of gel from the bottle should generally be followed by a water intake of 150 - 200 ml of water.
ENERGY GEL + CAFFEINE BOOSTER
We recommend consuming approx. 60 - 90 ml of energy gel within one hour during exercise. This corresponds to approximately 49 - 73 g of carbohydrates. The consumption of approx. 30 ml of gel from the bottle should generally be followed by a water intake of 150 - 200 ml of water.
Note: Depending on the intensity of the load and at high temperatures, an additional intake of water is useful to compensate for the loss of water through sweating.
