The Squeezy Energy Dispenser offers several advantages over the sachets: it can be refilled with any refillable with the refiller, contains 125 ml, the equivalent of almost four of almost four sachets and does not drip or spill. Ideal for training and racing, no unnecessary waste and especially no stuck fingers or jersey pockets. Wash out, refill, reuse. The refiller is the dispenser "filling station" (reusable) with 500 ml capacity, offering a practical and more environmentally friendly (PET, fully recyclable) solution and alternative to sachets.
The gel contained is the same as the sachets with a complex carbohydrate mix with multi-step energy release for a constant endurance performance. Available with refreshing lemon flavor (Lemon) or as a caffeine booster with cola flavor.
We recommend, depending on the load, the consumption of a 1/4 to max. 3/4 dispenser per hour (professional athletes). The combination with energy drinks is of course possible without any problems. Then less gel is to be consumed accordingly.
Ideal for: Endurance sports
Notice: Formulations with/without caffeine.
Sustainability: The dispenser is not a one-way product, but designed for reuse.... Please rinse with hot water. For refilling we recommend the Squeezy Energy Gel Refiller.

Individual need
The individual need for energy is different for each athlete and depends on many factors.
- physical requirements (age, weight, height, gender)
- Condition of the route (altitude profile and surface)
- Sport
- individual performance and intensity (GA1 / GA2)
GA1 = Basic endurance 1:
Training is completed at a heart rate of approx. 60 to 70% of the max. heart rate.
GA2 = Basic endurance 2:
Training/competition is completed at a heart rate of approx. 70 to 80% of the max. heart rate.
ENERGY GEL
We recommend consuming approx. 60 - 90 ml of gel per hour of exercise. This corresponds to approx. 43 - 65 grams of carbohydrates. The consumption of approx. 30 ml of gel from the bottle should generally be followed by a water intake of 150 - 200 ml of water.
ENERGY GEL +CAFFEINE BOOSTER
We recommend taking approx. 60 - 90 ml of gel within one hour during sports. This corresponds to a carbohydrate amount of approximately 49 - 73 g. The consumption of approx. 30 ml of gel from the bottle should usually be followed by a water intake of 150 - 200 ml of water.
Note: Depending on the intensity of the load and at high temperatures, an additional intake of water is useful to compensate for the loss of water through sweating.
