LIQUID ENERGY DISPENSER & REFILLER CONCEPT
Squeezy Liquid Energy is based on our energy gels, but does not require you to drink water. The aqueous energy gel solution is easy to consume and uncomplicated to use, even under the most strenuous training and competition conditions. Like the Energy Gels, Squeezy Liquid Energy contains a particularly low concentration of dissolved particles (low osmolarity) and a multi-stage energy release for a reliable energy supply through a high-quality carbohydrate mix.
The combination of the Liquid Energy Refiller (1000 ml) and the Dispenser (150 ml / 250 ml) is the more affordable and eco-friendly alternative to sachets and ensures you can enjoy your drink without getting sticky fingers. With the large refiller, you can refill the dispensers—which have been cleaned with hot water—as often as you like. The dispenser comes with two different valves and can be filled with either Liquid Energy or gel.
Our tip: Order one or two dispensers and only use energy gel and/or liquid energy refillers in future.
PLEASE NOTE: The 150ml and 250ml dispensers (soft flasks) and the 1,000ml refill must be ordered separately!

Liquid Energy Refiller
Liquid Energy in the refiller corresponds 100% to the product in the sachets.
- Complex and high quality carbohydrate mix for multi-step energy release.

- Quick to digest, very well tolerated by the stomach and with no unnecessary ingredients.

Dispenser (Soft Flask)
The Softflask dispenser (TPU-free) has a 150-ml capacity and comes unfilled. Thanks to the two valve caps included, it can be used for both gel and liquid. The 250-ml version comes only with the liquid cap. When liquid is dispensed, they contract, effectively reducing the volume. The precise scale printed on the back serves as a dosing and filling guide.
Sustainability: The dispensers are not one-way products, but are designed for reuse.
Durability:
- Refillers: The opened refillers can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 months if used hygienically (no hand and/or mouth contact with the opened bottle neck).
- Dispenser: Remaining quantities in the dispenser can be used within 2 days if stored in the refrigerator
Cleaning: Please rinse with hot water (no more than 50 degrees Celsius). If necessary, use small brushes to clean the Softflask dispenser

Consumption recommendation
Depending on the intensity of the exercise, 120-180ml should be consumed within an hour. Additional drinking is necessary at higher outside temperatures and/or during physical exertion.
