With over 30 years of experience in energy intake during exercise, we know that many athletes react very sensitively to certain ingredients during sport and suffer from stomach and intestinal problems. Many of them do not attribute these problems to their sports nutrition at all. Some accept it after years because they can't find a solution. But that doesn't have to be the case!

1. Our gastrointestinal tract does not have the usual energy available during exercise. Our blood in particular is needed in the limbs, for example. This is why the amount of carbohydrates we can take in per hour during exercise is very limited. But intolerances also occur much more quickly.
