Consumption recommendation
Recommended intake SQUEEZY ATHLETIC
Mix one portion of SQUEEZY ATHLETIC (55g = 5 heaped tablespoons) with approx. 250 ml of cold, liquid food such as water, low-fat yoghurt, low-fat quark, kefir or skimmed milk, according to taste. The finished shake should be creamy, i.e. not too runny, so that you feel full.
Compared to typical protein shakes and formula diets, SQUEEZY ATHLETIC tastes more like a creamy porridge due to the fermentose* (2-fermented wholemeal wheat).
We recommend using a shaker.
A meal replacement consists of one portion of SQUEEZY ATHLETIC (5 heaped tablespoons). Depending on your training volume and intensity, replace a maximum of 2 meals per day.
Make sure you drink enough fluids throughout the day (2-3 liters)! Drinks without sugar or added sugar are recommended (e.g. mineral water and unsweetened fruit tea).
