The topic of carbohydrate supply is constantly being discussed. Sports science currently agrees that good performance can only be achieved with a high intake of carbohydrates during exercise. However, it is not that easy to consume 1 g of carbohydrates per kilogram of body weight per hour. In my case, that's 58 grams per hour, which corresponds to at least two gels. Without exception, I tolerate SQUEEZY gels extremely well, which is why they have been my ideal companion in training and competitions for 20 years.
